COVID-19 UPDATES

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, The Sanford Center will remain closed, complying with CDC and Federal recommendations. We will continue to evaluate the situation daily with local, state and federal officials, opening our doors as soon as it is safe to do so.

The health and safety of our fans and employees continues to be a top priority for us. As we closely monitor the situation, please know that Your Sanford Center Staff has been actively putting new policies and procedures in place to keep everyone safe as they enjoy events in our building. We have implemented sanitation practices in the front- and back-of-house that include frequent cleaning  of surfaces that come in continual contact with our guests and employees, including door handles, restrooms and elevator buttons. We have also expanded the sanitation policies in our food service area to represent a proactive approach to food preparation and handling, hygiene, sanitation and storage.

Updates on our events, including postponements, rescheduling, and our re-opening to the public, will be posted right here on our website and on our social media platforms . Please see below. 

The Harlem Globetrotters, that was scheduled for March 30th, has been postponed. As soon as the new date is announced, we will be posting that information here. If you purchased tickets for that event, you will be able to used those tickets for the new date.

The 3rd Annual Northern Minnesota’s Largest Women’s Expo, that was scheduled for May 9th, has been cancelled for 2020. It will be coming back in 2021, better than ever!!

The 2020 Lakeside Flea Markets have been cancelled.  Follow our website and social media for updates on the 2021 Lakeside Flea Market!

We are saddened to learn of the death of CHARLIE DANIELS. We were looking forward to hosting THE CHARLIE DANIELS BAND and THE MARSHALL TUCKER BAND at The Sanford Center on September 3, 2020.

Because of this unexpected news, we ask that all ticketholders be patient as we work to issue refunds.

If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster via their website or mobile app, or with a credit card at The Sanford Center box office, you will receive an automatic refund to the payment method used to purchase tickets.  If you purchased your tickets with cash at Your Sanford Center box office, a representative will reach out to you within 10 business days to arrange your refund.

Customers may continue to purchase tickets for future events online at www.ticketmaster.com.

IF YOU ARE ATTENDING AN UPCOMING MEETING, EVENT, OR GATHERING AT YOUR SANFORD CENTER:

In accordance with the guidance and recommendations set forth by the CDC and local health officials, we respectfully request that the following guests do not attend events:

  • Guests who are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough and shortness of breath);
  • Guests who have been diagnosed with, or believe to have contracted, COVID-19;
  • Guests who have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

Fan Survey

In May, VenuWorks put together a short survey for our guests to let us know what their thoughts were in regard to returning to events at Your Sanford Center. The results of the survey have been compiled in the Fan Survey Report below.
