Here’s what you need to know!

For the health and safety of student-athletes, fans and staff, Your Sanford Center has implemented new guidelines and protocols to ensure we can continue to grow our fan attendance throughout the remainder of the season.

Your Safety is our #1 Priority!

Masks: All guests and event staff will wear a mask or face covering at all times while inside the Sanford Center.

Health Screening: All guests and event staff must complete the COVID-19 Health Screening prior to entry into the Sanford Center.

Cleaning & Sanitization: We have enhanced cleaning protocols which include electrostatic sanitizing sprayers used on a regular basis, scheduled deep cleaning of public areas and sanitization stations at all points of entry and public gathering areas.

Seating: The Sanford Center will utilize a physically distanced seating plan with reserved tickets.

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the event & fans must exit the venue immediately after the game has ended.

Concessions will not currently be open to fans.

Fans are required to conscientiously practice physical distancing, encouraged to frequently wash their hands, and asked to use the hand sanitizers provided within the venue.

Fans who are not feeling well or fans that have been in close contact with someone they suspect may be infected with COVID-19 should stay home and must not attempt to enter the venue.

All ticketed events will use virtual tickets via phone or tablet. There will be no day of box office ticket purchases or exchanges.

Will call will be done 24 hours prior to game start.
