Tickets for all Sanford Center events may be purchased at the Ford Pickup Windows, any ticketmaster retail location including Lueken's Village Foods North & South stores (find location near you) charge by phone at 1.800.745.3000, or on-line at www.ticketmaster.com

Advance Ticket sales

To purchase tickets in advance stop by the Ford Pickup Windows, either Lueken's North or South stores, call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000, go online to www.ticketmaster.com, or visit a Ticketmaster Outlet near you.

Child Admittance

Companion tickets are no longer required. Any child that is younger than two years of age will be admitted to most events for free. Anyone over the age of two will be required to have a ticket before entering the building. Any questions about this can be fielded by the Sanford Center Ticket Office (218) 441-4032.

Disabled/Wheelchair Seating

All public areas of the building are accessible using ADA guidelines. Seats are available in various price levels. Contact the ticket office manager for all of your seating needs. Please contact the ticket office well prior to the event to reserve the seating.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Tickets that are either lost or stolen are the ticket holder's responsibility and can not be refunded or replaced. Any questions should be directed to the Ford Pickup Windows(218) 441-4032.

Payment Options

Payment Options for all The Sanford Center events include cash and credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). The Sanford Center no longer accepts checks at the Ford Pickup Windows. Tickets may also be purchased at any Ticketmaster outlet including Leuken's Village Foods North & South Stores in Bemidji. Visit www.ticketmaster.com for a convenient list of locations.

BSU Student Tickets

Students single game tickets are available the Monday prior to the weekend game beginning at 8:00 am at the Memorial Union. On game days, if there are tickets still available, they will be available at the Ford Pickup Windows. Students will need to present a current BSU Student ID and will only be allowed one ticket per ID card.

Will Call

Will Call is available for various events per request of the ticket purchaser. Tickets can be picked up at any open Ford Pickup Window, during business hours, after the purchase is made. The individual picking up the tickets must present his/her picture ID and the credit card used.

Secondary Ticket Market

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of Sanford Center. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Scalper, Ticket Broker, eBay, etc) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.

If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of TicketExchange. TicketExchange is Ticketmaster's online service that enables premium and fan-to-fan transactions. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate tickets, because the tickets sold through TicketExchange are linked to Ticketmaster's ticketing systems.

Children's Tickets

For all BSU Men's and Women's games, concerts and all family shows:
All children 23 months and under do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 24 months and older require a ticket to enter.

Canceled Events

You'll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online or by phone using your purchase payment method. If you bought your tickets at a retail location, please return them at the same location for a refund.

Canceled or Postponed Events

In either case, we'll alert you ASAP.

Replacement Tickets

If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, contact the location where you bought your tickets.

For damaged or destroyed TicketFast (print-at-home) tickets, just print again from the link in your confirmation email or your My Ticketmaster account.

Refunds and Exchanges

The standard policy for other venues and many artists, teams, etc. is No Refunds or Exchanges. But if something comes up closer to the event and you can't make it, we'll do everything we can to help.
