2018 Bemidji Car Show

Show Car Information

We invite and welcome your participation as a Show Car in the 35th Annual Bemidji Car Show.

All show car locations are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be assigned following the receipt of your completed registration forms and payment. All registrations will be date stamped; any conflicts of interest will be determined by earliest registrant. All forms must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. July 12th, 2018.

Load-in:

Load-in will be from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Sunday July 15th, 2018.

Please follow the directional signage around the Sanford Center parking lot to the North access and pick up your registration packet. Load-out begins at 3:00 p.m. and must be accomplished by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. NO EARLY CLOSURES. Your car must remain in its designated spot until the end of the event.

Vendor Information

All vendor locations are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be assigned following the receipt of your completed registration forms and payment. All registrations will be date stamped; any conflicts of interest will be determined by earliest registrant. All forms must be submitted with payment by 5:00pm July 6th, 2018.

Vendors (Cars for Sale, Swap Meet, Flea Market):

Rental of a spot in the designated area in our parking lot will be $25 before July 6th. Day of Show is $35 per spot per day. Sale of alcohol, firearms, ammunition, or hazardous materials will not be permitted. The Sanford Center reserves the right to turn away vendors not in compliance with these rules.

Sunday: Load-in will be from 7:00am-9:30am.

All vendors must be present by 9:00am or your booth will be forfeited with no refund. Booths must be set-up ready to go by 9:45 a.m. Load-out begins at 3:00 p.m. and must be accomplished by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. No early closures. Your booth must remain open until the end of the event.

Food Truck Information

All vendor locations are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be assigned following the receipt of your completed registration forms and payment. All registrations will be date stamped; any conflicts of interest will be determined by earliest registrant. All forms must be submitted with payment by 5:00 p.m. June 15th, 2018.

Vendors

Rental of a spot in the designated area in our parking lot will be $100 before June 15th. Your rental includes trash/recycling and electricity if needed. Sale of alcohol, firearms, ammunition, live pets, or hazardous materials will not be permitted. The Sanford Center reserves the right to turn away vendors not in compliance with these rules.

Sunday:

All vendors must be present by 9:00 a.m. Booths must be set-up ready to go by 9:45 a.m. Load-out begins at 3:00 p.m. and must be accomplished by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. No early closures. Your booth must remain open until the end of the event.

The patrons attending the 35th Annual Bemidji Car Show will be voting on their favorite food truck. All votes will be cast and collected by 1:00 and the winner will be announced at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. The winner will receive a People’s Choice award and the winning food truck will get the prime spot for next year.

Community Sponsorship Information

We invite and welcome your participation as a vendor in the 35th Annual Bemidji Car Show.

Over the years, this show has continued to grow to over 2,000 spectators and nearly 200 show cars representing multiple states and Canada. Spectators travel from the surrounding areas to attend the show and spend the weekend in Bemidji staying in our hotels, dining in our restaurants and shopping our retail for the full Bemidji experience.

Sponsorship Opportunity: $250.00

As a sponsor, you will receive a 10’ x 10’ area on the show floor with an 8’ table and 2 chairs, and 4 tickets to the Show to use for booth staffing, and recognition in all advertisements with your logo and information included in the brochure during the show.
