We invite and welcome your participation as a vendor in the Indoor Garage Sale and Craft Show.
Booth location is on a first-come, first-served basis and will be assigned following the receipt of your completed registration forms and payment. Rental of a 10 x 10 booth including 1 chair will be $40; $30 if you meet the early bird deadline of March 30, 2018. Booth rental does not include a table. 6-foot tables are available for $10 each and extra chairs for $2 each. There will be no electricity available to booths. All registrations will be date stamped, any conflicts of interest will be determined by earliest registrant. All vendors will receive a coupon for a one day classified ad in the Bemidji Pioneer to be used between April 23rd and June 30th.
No sale of food or beverage items including home baked or canned goods, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, live pets, or hazardous materials will be permitted. Lit candles or helium balloons in a booth are not permitted. We reserve the right to turn away vendors not in compliance with these rules.
Load-in will be from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2018. Load-in will take place through Gate 10, the overhead door on the East side of the building. All vendors must load-in on April 20. If you do not show up by 8 p.m. your booth will be forfeited with no refund. Load-out begins at 2:00 p.m. and must be accomplished by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. NO EARLY CLOSURES. Your booth must remain open until the end of the event.

Registration forms may be dropped off in person at the Sanford Center (M–F) 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
