Food and/or beverage samples may only be distributed directly from an exhibit booth, within the show floor exhibit space.
Food and/or beverage samplings are limited to products manufactured, processed or distributed by the exhibiting company.
All items distributed are limited to SAMPLE SIZE:
- Food portions are limited to 2 ounces
- Non-alcoholic beverages are limited to 5 ounces.
- Alcoholic beverages are limited as follows:
- Beer – 3 ounces
- Wine – 1.5 ounces
- Liqueur or Cordials – .75 ounce
- Distilled Spirits – .50 ounce
Exhibitors who wish to distribute alcohol samples from their booth must arrange with the Sanford Center in advance for fees and regulations involved with sampling under the Sanford Center’s liquor license. The Sanford Center reserves the right of final approval on the dispensing of beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages by exhibitors.
At the Sanford Center, we offer high-quality services to ensure your attendees make the best of their experiences in Bemidji.
The Administration Office is conveniently located off the main entrance of the Sanford Center on the ground floor. Assistants can provide directions, building & facilities information, and offer hospitality and tourist assistance. Brochures, maps, magazines and other hospitality publications are available for guests to collect and reference.
Hours of Operation: The Sanford Center’s Administration Office is open Monday through Friday – 9AM to 5PM.
Event safety and security are things that you should never have to worry about during an event as a planner, and you can rest assured that our experienced and professional security team will take care of your event. We offer this level of protection for events:
- Medical Services: First aid personnel on the floor.
- Police Officers: Provided through the Bemidji Police Department.
- Security & Ushers: Providing show security including ticket takers, door guards, overnight guards and ushers for Arena and Ballroom events.
